New Guy - Fresh Install?

Hi guys,,

Should have a GA-P55A-UD4 arrive in the next day or so, along with an i5-650 and a relevant graphics card.

I've tried reading up on installing ML, but every guide either *assumes* you have SL or I am dumb and am not *assuming* that I need SL in order to install ML?

Is there any way I can install ML direct?

Or do I need to install SL and then upgrade to ML?

Any help appreciated.

You can install it direct, but you need to make a ML USB installer. So you'll need access to a Mac of some kind to do that, as per instructions here:

I purchased ML on my work computer and followed the link above and it worked great. Nice clean install.
