New display = Tonymac logo & No Shutdown

Hello,

My system has been running 100% until I installed new display, a Delmu2312hm

Before during boot the bios flash screen would go straight to the apple boot logo completely missing out the tonymac chimea boot screen. Now that boot screen is showing.

Also my machine doesn't full shutdown. Everything turns off but the fans and peripherals keep going.

Any ideas?

Hello,
its very unlikely that just by connecting a new Display your systems starts behaving like it does.

Do you have changed anything before shutting down the system to connect the new display? The shutdown issue seems to me like a DSDT issue.
