New build up and running except for HDMI audio

Newly built machine running El Capitan perfectly except for HDMI audio. Machine specs are:

MSI Z77MA-G45 motherboard (7-series, Realtek 892 on-board audio)
Intel Core i5-3570k (Ivy Bridge, HD4000 GPU)
8 GB ram
120 GB Intel 520 SSD

What I have done:
1) Ran audio_clover-ALC110 script. Chose 892 codec, audio ID 3, enable HD4600 audio, and rebooted. No audio.
2) Followed AppleHDA guides. Copied SSDT-3.aml from ssdt_hdef-3-with_ioreg-hdef to EFI/CLOVER/ACPI/PATCHED and renamed to SSDT.aml. Still no audio.

I noticed that I do not have HDMI or Display Port audio device in Sound (see attached screenshot). IOReg attached. This is all I need to get El Capitan working 100%. Thanks for any help.

enable HD4600 HDMI audio does nothing for HD4000 HDMI audio.
ssdt_hdef-3 is working

Nothing installed for HDMI audio.
