New build restarts at Apple logo

I have a new build, asus prime z370-a, 8700k, 16gb Ballistix, Intel optane 32gb m.2, Seagate 2 tb hdd, evga gtx 1080,

Everytime I get to the step where I am going to install mac os I get to the point where the apple logo pops up and then it restarts and brings me back to the unibeast start screen.

My guess is that it is either the optane is incompatible, or there is a bios setting that I have missed, any help would be greatly appreciated!

Removed optane and tried to install directly on to hard drive and have the same result. Please help!
