This is my second build using almost near the same components. This time I have no audio...
Gigabyte GA-Z97N-WIFI
I5-4590 3.3ghz
samsung SSD 850 Evo
Corsair CS550M
Crucial ballistics 8GB
So I used the MB with the same Unibeast USB as before. Everything boots up just fine..but I have no audio.
Downloaded new Multibeast last night..ran again...but all I get with the audio is the speaker emblem and a circle with a line thru it.
I added Realtek ALC892 as that is what the card supports and that is what I have on my other tonymac...
Repair permissions, re-installed Yosemite...still no sound. Any suggestions...??
