New build, can't get it to install

Specs:
Intel Core i5 7400
Gigabyte H270-HD3P
Corsair 16GB 2400 RAM
Zotac Gtx 1050 Ti mini

I am a complete newb, this is my first build ever and I tried to do as much research as I could to install MacOS. The first issue I ran into was a timing issue, my initial plan was to install Sierra, but High Sierra was released on the day that I was making my installer, so I really lost that choice.

I was able to get into the BIOS and change the settings that are recommended in the guides, but when it starts the installer, I get the errors in the picture, I have not been able to figure it out and would appreciate if someone had any idea what the issue is and/or how to fix it...

I am no expert, but the very first time I tried hackintosh I set myself back for one whole night. Everything is followed correctly and hardware requirement is met, but because I was using USB 3.0 port instead of 2.0.
