I think you have 8 ram sticks and only 4 slots on your motherboard and quad channel ram doesn't match board support of dual channel ram.

You need Dual Channel Ram like:
http://www.amazon.fr/gp/product/B0033BT ... d_i=405320

The one you have listed will do just fine, although you will need a modified BIOS to unlock the MSR so that OS X can write to it for native power management, or, alternatively, use the speedstepper kext or NullCPUPM kext to prevent kp on boot.

See viewtopic.php?f=14&t=54196&hilit=msi%2C+asrock+bios+mod for patched BIOS.

If you do not want to bother with that, you could get a Gigabyte board. I have read that the http://www.amazon.fr/Gigabyte-Z77-DS3H- ... 234&sr=8-1 board works with native UEFI and needs no DSDT or other patched kext files to work 100%.

Ok, I try to progress, step by step. So, after a lot of research, what do you think about that ?

Gigabyte GA-X79-UD3 208,9
Intel Core i7 3930K 533,99
VENTIRAD Watercooling Corsair H60 Hydro Series 63,99
Kit Dual Channel DDR3 Corsair Vengeance, 2X8 Go, PC3-12800, CAS 10 124,9
Carte graphique GeForce GTX 570 Twin Frozr II, 1280 Mo 239,8
Disque dur Seagate Barracuda SpinPoint, 1 To 72,99
Graveur DVD ad-5280S, Bulk, Noir SATA - 24x - double couche 14,9
Boitier PC Carbide Series 500R, Blanc 102,9
Alimentation HX 650 Watts, Modulaire 108,99
Moniteur 24' Asus PA246Q 449,9
Pack clavier et souris K120 14,9
Windows 7 Professional SP1, Licence et support 1 PC, 64 bits, OEM, Microsoft 138,9
SSD Crucial M4, 256 Go, SATA III 199,9

I think you have selected a dead end board socket/processor which is not supported by OS X and might have trouble with updates. See other threads for socket 2011 Sandy bridge installations.

The D3H board has VIA audio codec. You need the GA-Z77-DS3H board with Realtek.
