Need some help if anyone can guide me again

I did the old bios setups in the past but totally forgot I have a gigabyte z68x ud3h b3 rev 1.3 and forgot what to disable in bios which is F12 i know i can update bios but going through dos is a hassle and really never done that type of bios upgrade before. Can someone please help me remember the settings of what to disable again. Thanks and happy holidays to all.

First use the "Reset to optimal settings" function (that's probably not exactly what it's called). Then the important settings you need to make sure of are:

SATA in AHCI mode, not IDE mode
HPET enabled
VT-d disabled
EHCI handoff enabled
