am i able to install any mac os x with gigabyte h110m-s2,intel g4400 and 4gb ram.

Things to improve to be able to run macOS reasonably well in basic form.

Improve the GPU to a GT710 or similar supported card. Use a digital video connection - macOS will not work via VGA - don't waste money on cheap adapters use HDMI/DVI or DisplayPort connections at the GPU and monitor.
Use a total of 8GB RAM, as anything less will struggle once you open a couple of apps particularly when using a HDD as a boot drive.
