I have a question about the SSD that I wanted to use with my build do Samsung SSDs work in a hackintosh and how many could I use?

The Samsung SSDs work fine - the 840Pro is one of the fastest available. You can use as many as your motherboard will accept. However it is more cost effective to to use an SSD as a boot drive and an HDD for your data.
