Just got a new computer with the following specs:
1. Intel Core i5-9400F processor
2. Asus Prime Z-370p motherboard
3. MSI Radeon RX570 Armor 8GB OC Edition graphics card

I've created a USB install drive with Unibeast. Graphics injection I chose none.

USB drive boots up fine. I choose to launch installer from the USB drive... it gets to Apple logo and the progress indicator at bottom, and then blank screen. It will not boot to the Mac OS installer.

Would appreciate any help. Thanks in advance.

oh My display only has VGA port... so I am using a HDMI to VGA converter to connect the graphics card to my display. Could this be the problem?

My apologies. I have made changes to my profile to reflect the system I have.

This is the last screen before it went to black...

This is the last screen before it went to black...

  • Edit BIOS >Disable Serial Port> Save and Reboot macOSMojave USB as First Boot Device in Verbose Mode.
  • Upload problem boot screen image until successful installation and booting without USB installer help..

Disabling the serial port worked. Am now installing Mac OS Mojave. Thanks so much...!!!

Mac OS Mojave installed.

Now the issue is no sound. My motherboard says it has Realtek ALC887 audio. But Multibeast 11.2.1 only following options for sound...

1. Apple ALC
2. 100/200/300 series Audio Support (HDAS -> HDEF)
3. X299 Series Audio Support (CAVS - HDEF)
4. Optional 3 port (5.1) Audio
5. Optional 3 port (Native) Audio

I installed Apple ALC but I'm not getting any sound. Which is the one i should be installing?

Thanks again.

Now the issue is no sound.
For assistance with Audio you should post in the Audio forum.
Read the 'sticky' guides first and be sure to comply with the Problem Reporting instructions or you will not get any help.
