Oh sorry, I forgot to mention that my mine only works with the boot-arg; agdpmod=pikera

P.S.
don't include that last key line, I left that there by mistake. Hopefully you already knew that though.View attachment 538853
Yes. Adding the boot-arg worked and now have HDMI sound, but every time I reboot I need to unplug and replug my cable.
Thank you very much for your help :)

oh, in that case change the value of framebuffer-con3-pipe = 12000000 (that's HDMI HotPlug) to your original value;

framebuffer-con3-pipe = 0A000000

if no change then remove framebuffer-con3-pipe altogether and try without it.

Finally found patch that worked with no complications
Thank you very much Robbish for your help

Nice one @BizoDent
Please can you save you new Audio Video config.plist to a config.plist like my previous attachments so that others can benefit from it and more selfishly so that I can adapt that method to mine.

My current config.plist works fine but there is few seconds delay when switching to two screens and I always lose HMDI audio after sleep (my other audio port are never affected by that issue).

Cheers

Indeed,
But be aware that display prefrences now show 2 displays. An LG 4k that I dont know where it came from
Also in hackintool an extra entry (intel Kabylake HDMI) appears under the sound tab
Photos are attached

I tested this solution on my Hackintosh too, and it is working! I only changed layout-id to 1, as this is proper for my board.

I'm glad I no longer depend on FakePCIID and VoodooHDA kexts , and i am able to run as "vanilla" as possible.

iGPU: Intel UHD Graphics 630
Audio: RealTek ALC1200

How are you friend?

I have the same motherboard with processor i7 10700KF + Radeon 6900XT . But I can't do the EFI, anyway I'll leave it here to see if I can get help.
