Video card: sapphire rx480 8g
OS: mojave 10.14.4

Do an SMC reset on the device. Then restart computer and hold down command + R, Windows Key + R, depending on your keyboard. Until it boots up.

I bought a new interface from DP to HDMI, and there is no problem to start mojave with a single card plugged into the DP port.

Clover version is 4910, which is written separately in the usb flash disk and booted directly, so it is smooth and error-free all the way.
