Need Help with Bios setting ASROCK g31m-s motherboard OSX MLion

Hey guys, I've looked everywhere but can't find a solution, I installed Mountain Lion on my ASROCK g31m-s PC with GEforce 8800 GTS video card, via X-move. (I had Lion on it and was working fine with no issues). after I booted to the installer, I installed Mount Lion by formatting the partition where Lion was installed. Everything went smoothly without any errors. Now whenever I try to boot up to Mountain LIon or the Mountain Lion Installer, My computer just restarts, I have tried -v boot flag but it just restarts without stopping at a certain point or with a kernel panic. I'm thinking its a bios settings issue.
Can anyone help me out on this? I would really appreciate it.

Hey I have the same problem but with LION... can you please tell me what to do?
I can't find a modded Bios anywhere and I have boot problems

sadly u have to change the mobo . or chake the fake smc
