(Need help) UD5H HDMI audio

I don't really know where to start. There are quite a few guides, but I don't know which one I need. If anyone could point me in the right direction so that I can get hdmi audio setup I would be eternally grateful.

Z77-UD5H mother board
I7-3770k
HD4000 graphics
16gb ram

From your list: z77 = 7 series, HD4000 = HD4000, UD5H = UEFI
Use: UEFI HDMI Audio

Ok so I used the UEFI HDMI Audio guide. And my hdmi audio works just fine for about 5 minuets, then it gets all fuzzy and scratchy. Any ideas??
