Need help to install OSX on a new PC (new configuration)

I'm new on this forum, so first, sorry for my bad english (I'm french).

I've bought a new PC and I simply would know if I can install a Hackintosh on it :

Seagate Barracuda 7200.14 SATA 6Gb/s 2 To

Fractal Design Define R4 Arctic White

Corsair Vengeance Low Profile Series 32 Go (4x 8 Go) DDR3 1866 MHz CL10

Noctua NH-U12S

Samsung SH-224DB/BEBE

What about the compatibility of these components ?

Oh and a last question : Can we legaly update OSX on a Hackintosh ?

Yes you can, it's not a simple process like with the Z87 socket 1150 motherboards but it
can be done. Read some of the Asus X79 user and golden builds, they are in "The Build"
section of the forum. If you install OS X on PC hardware you will break the Apple EULA.
Whether you break the law depends on how the specific laws read in your country.
