Need Help To Fix Usb 3 And Graphics Issue

Asus prime Z370A - i7 8700

I could not get the Usb 3 and C ports working and also the Intel UHD 630 Graphics is only showing 7mb....glitching all the time yay!

There is my config.plist file, any help appreciated! ..by the way there is another efi folder in my efi folder? should I delete that?

The processor shows my mhz and unknown, any ideas for why that is?
