Need help resolving kernel panic

I keep getting this kernel panic
I think it has to do with my video card
I tried -x, and GraphicsEnabler=No but it dosent work

Try removing AppleGraphicsPowerManagement.kext, your kernel panic is related to that kext.
 
Um, how do I remove that, I can't boot into Mac completely

Sorry, I'm new to this
 
Well, find a way to access your Mac's hard drive then go to System/Library/Extensions and delete the kext that I previously mentioned.
