Need Help patching AppleHDA for ALC668

Yes, I have noticed the configuration for custom commands is not properly interpreted at the moment.I will look into this. However in this case it does not affect the outcome.

Yeah this was just a heads up - it's working perfectly fine.
I guess I'll never find out why my speakers/hp were coming back after sleep without CodecCommander.. I wonder if it has to do with my disabling of intel MEI (for a different issue). That's the only thing I can think of which is different in my setup. I'll need to test that sometime.

Resolved the logic bug in CodecCommander so that custom commands now respect the different power state transitions.

Also introduced a more logical "Codec Profile" configuration.

Only thing I am still looking at, is booting with headphones plugged in.
For some reason that does not seem to work, currently unsure why.
