Need help on sony duo 13 touch schreen

i am looking to by a Sony duo 13 and run logic and also have the touch screen working

i have seen that people have had success with getting the touch screen to work on like this on a Microsoft surface pro

but i am am a newbie and don't have any experience doing this!

so my question to any one with a good level of setting up and running hackingtosh is

do you think its possible to have it working like that on the sony duo 13 with logic and touch screen working?????

any help would be appreciated , i would also pay someone if the could do it to, live in London ??
