AptioMemoryFix-64.efi instead of OsxAptioFix*.efi may allow native NVRAM to work on platforms where it typically does not. The default is AptioMemoryFix-64.efi

i choose APFSDriverLoader-64 so i can't choose AptioMemoryFix-64.efi which is another AptioioFix right?

that is fine, use them both
APFSDriverLoader-64 loads apfs formatted drives
