Need help for MacOS Monterey installation on a Asrock x570 Steel Legend

Hello everyone!

Like the Title says i need help on a installation regarding MacOS,
At this point i am kinda lost on what to do, tried to google the problem, which gave me no solution at all.
I will provide my EFI, and the Log file.

Would be nice if someone could give me a idea on what is going on
