Need help for a Dual OS

Hi,

I was a Windows guy for long and wanted to come into the world of Mac. That's why I decided to build a new custom machine. My new config is -

System : H81M-S F2
CPU : i5-4690k 3.5 GHz
Graphics : Intel HD 4600
RAM : 8 GB
Audio : Nanoface WDM Audio 2.9.40

I downloaded 10.9 few days back and tried to install. But for my surprise, I just made my previous windows system crashed(I wanted to go for a dual-boot system).

Please, let me know, which version of OS is supported for the above configuration I've mentioned. And please guide me through the installation process from scratch.

Use same procedure for Mavericks or Yosemite - either will run on Haswell hardware.
Use same procedure for Win7 or Win8/8.1
