Need help figuring out why I cant boot from HDD -v snapshot

I manage to get SL loaded onto hard drive, update to 10.6.8 but can't boot from HDD, only iboot. I see a quite of few people having the same thing so here is a snapshot of -V.

Uninstall the USB3.0 LaCie kext.

Well, I ended up reinstalling the operating system before I saw the reply. I used easybeast instead of the other one. It boots up from the hdd. I just need to figure out how to get my gtx570 to work, its stuck on 1024x768.
