Need for cheap webcam compatible with 10.9 OOB

Hello,
I would like to buy a webcam under 20$, which works OOB(Out of box) with Mavericks.
Do anyone have a suggestion?

Hi,

I picked up a HP HD-3110 webcam a year ago for less than $20. Works great OOB on Mavericks. Originally they sold for about $80 I think. Check amazon sellers or eBay for one

The wiki database is not really up to date. It does give an indication of what worked on 10.7 mainly. Try using search on some of these model numbers to see if you can find better compatibility information.

I was searching on the same lines as well. Then I remembered I had a PlayStation Eye from my PS3 lying around. So I found this site that provides the requisite drivers. You can find a used PS eye for under $20. http://webcam-osx.sourceforge.net

Does anyone know if the Logitech cameras listed in the wiki work OOB including microphone? I'm not looking for a great camera, just a very affordable one like the c270.
