GIGABYTE GA-Z77-DS3H
Intel I7 3770

how about these lists (will it work?)

Crucial ballistix 1866 (2x4GB)

also can any one inform me that I can use the intel HD 4000?

Also how much PS watt I need? is 500W enough

HD4000 is not working yet. The PSU is enough, but too much. 400W more than enough for a system like this.

Any suggestion some thing that good but not more than or around $100

No, as you will notice there is no information listed there for HD4000 - it is likely to be supported later in the month when Mounatin Lion launches.

You can use the HD4000 right now, but for OSX only, no games or anything like that. There will probably be support in Mountain Lion.
