Newer doesn't necessarily mean compatible with macOS.

There are a few WiFi/BT cards listed in the Buyers Guide, why not purchase one of them, if your initial choice was unavailable on Amazon.com.

The Fenvi T919 is a well used WiFi/BT card if you can't get any of the others in the Buyer's Guide.

Howdy,

I checked the list of networking cards from the Buyer's Guide and clicked on this - https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00RL4A314/?tag=tonymacx86com-20

Unfortunately, this one isn't available but it featured a newer product by the same company at: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07ZV2CJL2/?tag=tonymacx86com-20

By any chance, would the newer one work well with the hackintosh? Have anyone tried this?

Thanks!
Use the Amazon search “WiFi Hackintosh”, several models will come up. Fenvi will show as well as other models. Look for Broadcom BCM 94360cd models. If Bluetooth is important check that as well. They normally require a cable to attach to the motherboard USB header.

The AX WiFi is usually Intel and would have to use experimental drivers. They are hit and miss right now.

The Fenvi T919 is the one to get for AC + Bluetooth. Your 2nd ("newer") link is not compatible with macOS.
