need a post-install advice

I have this system:
ex58-ud5
i7 920
nvidia 260 gtx

I have one question regarding multibeast. I followed original guide and checked just the options specified there. But I've seen many people on this forum that also checked this settings in post-install process:

Fake SMC
NullCpuPOwerManagement
64 bit apple boot screen

what can I gain from enabling this settings and what do they do?

NullCpuPOwerManagement - speaks words, does´nt it
why could you want this, with i-cpus it speedtseps to the workload.

NullCpuPOwerManagement is brutal force technology for those cant help better.
