Need a minor verification

Hey I am building a new computer with old parts and upgrading my build with new parts, sort of a mix and match ordeal.

Will a ivy bridge i3 w/4000 graphics run with a H67 mini ITX board (GA-H67N-USB3-B3)

Can I use and OC to 4.0 GHz a i5 2500k on a z77 mini ITX board (GA-Z77N-WIFI)

I understand the sockets fit but specifically with the second build i5 2500k on z77 will I be able to OC to that clock and is there any major snags other than the ones already brought here:

Last question pertains to per supply which i definitely want to be careful about

Can I use an ATX 430 Corsair CX Builder series PS on the H67N motherboard, I have seen videos on the product and it looks to have a 4 +4=8 Pin CPU connection but I'm still skeptical of compatibility.

You should be able to use HD4000 graphics on a 6 series motherboard or overclocka 2500K on a Z77 motherboard, but since you intend to use CPU graphics you should take a look at this : http://www.tonymacx86.com/150-enabl...therboards-hd-4000-6-series-motherboards.html

It should work but i would match a h67 up with sandy bridge or get a diffrent board if i was doing it personly
