Yeah but I'm not sure which motherboard wont give me any problems with hdmi audio. Which motherboard do you recommend

HDMI audio can be easily fixed on a number of boards. Look around in the golden builds section for HDMI audio success stories.

So Basically pick a well known compatible board and I'm sure someone has gotten HDMI audio working with it.
