Need a good 775 board for some old equipment

So, I have a buddy who lost his job and had to sell his Mac Mini. He needs a new machine but has no money right now, so I'm trying to help him out by building him one as I realized I had a bunch of parts lying around that will work for him.

I've got an E7500 C2D processor and everything else I need to put together a machine for him. All I need is a good board for it that'll work with 10.7. The one I have isn't gonna work. Everything else I have is fully compatible.

Any ideas for a board for this?

What type of RAM do you have? DDR2 or DDR3?

A G41 motherboard such as Gigabyte GA-G41MT-S2P or GA-G41M-Combo should do.
