Hi! Sorry, as long as I don't know what exactly you installed with unibeast (i always use multi beast), what other components you use, how your org.chameleon.boot.plist looks like and so on, I can't be much of service. Search for other having the "still waiting for root device" problem, maybe that helps you solving it!

I did find out what was the problem i had 8 gb of ram in dual channel and i changed to single channel.
Now is working Mac OS X LION 10.7.3
