Native Mavericks MSI Mainboard install problem

Hey together,

I am trying to install Mac OS X 10.9.3.
I installed everything according to the tutorial:

• USB Flashdrive 16 GB (GUID, Mac Extended Journal)
• Mavericks 10.9.3 from Mac App-Store installed with UniBeast 3
• Configured the BIOS (Boot-Priorities, SATA Mode ACHI)

I can start the bootloader and select USB Flashdrive. But when I press "Enter" to install Mavericks the start screen (Grey background and Apple Logo) appears for 1 second and then the computer restarts and I am again in the bootloader menu. I did everything multiply times according to different guides, but I don't understand why it isn't working.
Hope you have some ideas...
