My Volume out put is rather low(as I slide both volumes to max to get usable volume), Can I increase the output gain?

Using Gigabyte Z390 aorus pro wifi, and Opencore 0.8.9. Found this in the config file, Can I bump up the Maxgain? so it should be + to increase it right? (as I don't recall audio settings if it's as decibels or percentages)? thanks.

This is from the config.pdf as I read changing this would change the whole system sound output? No?

Your motherboard's built-in audio uses the Realtek ALC1220-VB codec.

Gigabyte Z390 boards tend to require Layout-ID 16 when using the ALC1220 codec.

Other Z390 layout-ids that are known to work are 28 & 29, but they are for specific setups. You should only try these if you have no joy with the alcid=16 boot argument.
