Hello guys!

Today I tried to install macOS High Sierra from a bootable usb, but my pc froze during the booting process.
I need help. Can you help me?

Here I attached a demo with the problem.

Thanks in advance!

There's a lot going on here. I would go down the path of simplifying. Disconnect any drives except the drive you're installing to; have the USB stick in a USB2 port on the back; make sure your BIOS adheres to a simple set of minimal fixes for macOS (load optimal defaults then just make minimal changes to boot); consider IGPU and disconnecting discrete graphics and use DVI port. How did you make the USB - you followed the High Sierra guide on this site right, you didn't use unibeast right because AFAIK unibeast hasn't been updated for HS yet. Recent clover?

Hello aol!

Thanks for the reply!

I'm using this laptop:
https://support.hp.com/ro-en/document/c03565632

Specs:

MB: Hewlett-Packard 183E (U3E1)
CPU: 2.2 GHz Intel Core i7-3632QM
GPU: Intel HD Graphics 4000 and AMD Radeon HD 7670M

EFI partition:
https://goo.gl/v5TewT

This is the method that I'm used for creating the USB installer:

In the past I've installed macOS Sierra and it worked well and now I'm using the same EFI partition, just updated the Clover version and add the apfs.efi in drivers64UEFI folder. I really don't understand why it doesn't works now.

Oh, laptop, that's outside my area of expertise, such as it is. I had followed a guide by a forum contributor to get macOS Sierra installed and running. I then created the USB using the post on this forum (https://www.tonymacx86.com/threads/...h-sierra-public-beta-installation-usb.225520/), updated Clover, included apfs.efi, and tried to intelligently remove/disable/enable kexts, stuff in acpi/patched, and config.plist, and I guess I got lucky in that it worked. For me, a clover EFI that booted macOS Sierra also booted macOS High Sierra, but you may be hitting an issue for a driver or something. Maybe review what you had to do to get Sierra running? Sorry that's about all I got.

Follow the Clover guide linked from the FAQ.
http://www.tonymacx86.com/el-capita...faq-read-first-laptop-frequent-questions.html

Although you should read the FAQ for an overview of issues, the Clover guide is linked from the first question: "Q. Where do I start?", just after the bold face "Clover Guide".
Here is a direct link, just to be clear:
https://www.tonymacx86.com/threads/guide-booting-the-os-x-installer-on-laptops-with-clover.148093/

Also, your profile must be filled out with complete details as requested in the FAQ, again under "Q. Where do I start?". All seven details requested are equally important.

And if you have an issue (after following the guide), or on any other problem, you must provide a detailed description of the problem including information that helps us understand what you're doing. Always attach "Problem Reporting" files as per FAQ.

The required files and data are fully detailed in the last question in the FAQ:
"Q. What are typical "Problem Reporting" files?"

Hi RehabMan!

Thank you for your tips, but I'd already read the guide and I didn't find anything that could helps me. In my first comment I've linked a demo with the problem that I get. Also, I've attached an image with the last lines that froze my PC during the booting process and the EFI partition. As I said, in the past I've installed macOS Sierra and it worked well and now I'm using the same EFI partition, just updated the Clover version to 4200 and add the apfs.efi in drivers64UEFI folder. So, I'm somewhat familiar with the hackintosh installation, and I still struggle to find a solution that could helps me fix that issue.
I really appreciate any kind of help.

If you had read the guide, your profile would be filled out as requested. It isn't. Please fix.

And if you had read what I wrote, you would have attached "Problem Reporting" files. But none are attached.

Please read post #7 carefully.
