my Japanese GTUNE laptop 7mb issue

hi guys I have a GTUNE Japanese laptop and I tried to boot up with OS X on clover set up

the installation on Sierra works fine... but the only thing is the 7mb problem

I have 860gtxm geforce tho 120 SSD with 1TB hard drive on board...

I really dunno the mobo on this laptop tho and the bios has limitations too
