My internal hard drives are ejecting after sleep

Windows 10 and OSX are on the same drive on SSD. Theres no issues there. The only problem arises when I plug in my HDD which I formatted to just HFS+J and it was still sluggish.

Should I try installing 1 of the SATA drivers from Multibeast?

sadly none of the disk drivers from multibeast workd :(

OK im not sure if this was actually the issue but it was Googles Backup and Sync that was causing my internal hard disk to eject. For some reason if i let Backup & Sync to try compare files from my Google drive it will eject. But now I'm re-downloading the entire drive and doesn't seem to be ejecting. Will update more after more tests.
