My HD didn't Erased with Disk utility

Hi,

I have Asus K55VM Laptop, My hard disk has 4 partitons
- Reserved for system (Primary Partition)
-Windows 8 (Primary Partition)
-Date (Logical Partition)
- the last one is for mac os with is FAT12 and primary

When i follow the steps of Mac OS Snow Lion 10.8 Installation from Flash drive, Boot is Ok, Welcome Windows is OK, I go to DISK Utility,
all partitions are showed, i choose the last one to erase to Journaled FS But It shows that it can't format it.

Please help me

You have to completely repartition the drive. OS X requires GPT and your drive is partitioned MBR.
