My friend needs a MAC for Audio production...

I have a list started, can anyone go over it and tell me if im missing anything or a compatibility issue.

This PC is going to run OSX and only OSX but it has to be able to perform well in audio applications such as LOGIC

I have a SSD in there for his apps and OS install, a 1TB for the final product or anything hard to be saved to that drive.

The list looks OK to me, although you should have a pair of RAM sticks rather than just one. Much faster!
I'm not familiar with the tradeoffs of i5 vs i7 for Logic: hopefully you can clarify that info from the Audio forum.
How quiet does your "friend" )) need this machine to be? You may want to use a different CPU cooler, case, etc. I don't know how quiet that PSU is, etc.

Thanks for the reply, I figured id OC the i5 a lil more at a stable .5ghz above default turbo. Maybe a constant 4.2
