Looks good to me. What will you use the 980 Ti for ?

I will use the gpu primarily for gaming and the adobe package (Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign etc)

It sounds like its maybe an overkill?

Depends on how big your budget is. If you plan on keeping this for the longer term you'd get
more years out of the 980 Ti than a 960 for example. I would at least downgrade to a 970 or
980 from the 980 Ti. You could try this 980

and save about 200 dollars on your graphics card and still get great performance. Then use the extra
cash to get a 32 GB kit of ram right from the start. That would help your Adobe apps more than the
980 Ti would.
 
Thanks for the advise :) I will add extra RAM and I think i will keep the gtx 980 Ti. My plan is to have this pc for couple of years :)
