My first Hackintosh Build

Hi Crew - Love the community here and have learned tons already! The following is a build I am embarking on and I am a bit hesitant being a long time MAC Addict, but I excited to be able to have this much freedom. Can I get a thumbs up before I lay down the $$$?

Requirements: Need to use machine for high res video/photo editing along with a dual boot of Windows 7.

- Intel Core i7-2700K
- Gigabyte Z68XP-UD5 Motherboard- (Any negative thoughts on this?)
- Corsair Vengeance Blue 16 GB DDR3 SDRAM
- GIGABYTE ATI Radeon HD6850 - (Any negative thoughts on this?)
- Corsair Carbide Series 400R Mid Tower Gaming Computer Case - (Will everything fit or should I go full tower?)
- Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO CPU Cooler
- Crucial 256 GB m4 2.5-Inch Solid State Drive - (Boot Drive)
- Western Digital Caviar Black 2 TB SATA
- Asus 24xDVD-RW Serial ATA Internal OEM Drive DRW-24B1ST (Black)
- Corsair Professional Series 650-Watt.

Change the card to HD6870 and the optical drive to a Sony Optiarc 72xx.

The others are good.
