Must repair permissions every boot

Every time i boot up my machine it gets stuck at the white/grey apple logo loading screen.
Then i repair permissions via my USB lion drive and the second boot wil work correctly.
I'm okay having to repair permissions on every boot, but is there a way i can tell my machine to do this auto on every startup?
