How do you get more than one monitor working on a AMD HD7770 card?

I've installed it and only two work. My brother's Windows PC can run multiple monitors with ease on it. Why not OS X?

You have to use a native DisplayPort connection for 3rd and following displays (applies to OS X and Windows). Did you do that?

The card has one DVI, one HDMI, and two mini-display ports.

I connect one monitor to the DVI. One monitor with DVI (monitor) to HDMI (card), one mini-display port to a VGA monitor via passive adapter.

You need an active DP adapter on your third screen (or a true DisplayPort screen - it's almost 2016! ).
It's perfectly normal that your setup doesn't work like this.

Ive also had this problem. Ive been out and bought StarTech 1920x1200 Mini Display Port Male to HDMI Female Active Adaptor. Im still waiting for it to come. Ill let you guys know how i get on with it. http://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B009YCE11E/?tag=tonymacx86-21
