Multiple issues during booting.

Hackiontosh worked fine for months, then suddenly it would take hours just to get it to boot from the hard drive. Until today, at the clover boot screen there's two options that say "boot from efi" upon clicking on it it just takes me back to the boot screen. When I try to boot from harddrive I just get a black screen I tried to boot from safe mode, without caches, verbose mode. All resulting in the black screen. The only success I have is booting from the USB and selecting my harddrive at the clover screen.

How can I remove the extra efi boot options and How can I get everything working without booting from the usb every single time?

If booting from the USB works, you can always try copying USB EFI partition contents to the system drive.

Though, if you're dual-booting, it's possible that another OS messed up the EFI boot configuration, so you might need to fix it up.
