I installed Big Sur on cust Mac. Everything is working fine for most part, however, I am seeing more and more bootable entries in BIOS (see attached Gigabyte BIOS). I am using OpenCore 0.7.5 and I feel like every time I created a new config.plist, I am might be adding a new version to BIOS. Should I reset the NVRAM in OpenCore boot menu? I am worried that it will wipe all entries and I will have hard time getting booted.
