I changed some of the settings in Multibeast and now the computer crashes on start up. I am fairly certain that my mistake was changing the setting for model identifier. I am looking for a way to create a bootable drive that will allow me to run Multibeast to revise the settings on the system drive. I tried "-x" for a safe boot, but the system hangs. Any suggestions? Thanks for your support.

Have you tried booting with rBoot?

Hi,

I have the same event.

Running 10.7.4 on a Gigabyte Z68XP-UD3

Ran the new Multibeast (4.6.1)
the computer went to grey screen with the shut down manually message.
Reboots into similar shut down message.

running under -x or using flag mentioned before leads to same.

Trying to run rBoot but my attached usb CDrom seems not to be recognized.
Can I run rBoot from a usb flashdrive?
??

Thanks for any info,

Daniel.
