Well ive been using multi beast years now but the apfs no convert option doesn't work I made my usb installer booted from it formatted my disk then named it High Sierra then installed to it. I then rebooted and choose the usb again then once booted I opened up terminal and did the /Volumes/Image\ Volume/No-Convert . Then rebooted then finished install to find out my hdd was converted to the apfs :(.

same thing happened to me
several times...'cause i thought i was doing smth wrong

1 observation
after entering
/Volumes/Image\ Volume/No-Convert
it took ...say about 10min
to respond something about multiple ...something...next time i'll take a photo
