Re: MultiBeast 2.1.0

Thank you for ati 5xxx support!

Re: MultiBeast 2.1.0

Thank you guys for all your hard work. I'm still having trouble with my Radeon HD4850. I just found a post that described how to edit the kext file for merging the two ID's into one, and duplicating it for both Ports. Would you know if the new multibeast fixes this?

Re: MultiBeast 2.1.0

great work on the 5xxx support guys!

does 2.1.0 include any updates to LegacyHDA889a? and do we still need IOAHCIBlockStorage after installing this?

Thanks, hopefully 5xxx installs should go smoothly.

LegacyHDA889a hasn't changed in 2.1.0.

You will still need IOAHCIBlockStorage or JMicron36xSATA to eliminate the orange drive icon. Or you can always replace the icon, see Lnx2Mac post on how to do that.

Re: MultiBeast 2.1.0

When i try and install 5000 support it says could not install system extension for all the ati stuff. I am using dsdt for a ud2 board. does it matter if the board is 1.0 or 1.1?

I just did an install on a freshly built 10.6.4 system with no problems.
