MSI MAG B560M MORTAR WIFI and Intel I5 11400

Is my gear compatible? I bought just an year ago. Planning to build a Hackintosh.

-Motherboard: MSI MAG B560M MORTAR WIFI
-CPU: Intel I5 11400
-OS: I would like BigSur (as Monterrey seems pretty new and may not be compatible).
-RAM: Delta T-Force 16GB (2x).
-Graphic Card: Intel Graphics 730. I do not have dedicated video card for now.

Unfortunately Rocket Lake iGPUs are not supported but if you got a dedicated graphics card you’d be fine.
