MSI GTX760 & RM650 PSU cable query

Hey,

Just a quick one:

Graphics card: MSI GTX760 TF
PSU: Corsair RM650

My graphics card requires a 6 pin & 8 pin power plug.

My PSU has two of the 6+2 pin plugs on a single cable. Can I run the card of this single cable? Or should I use separate cables for each plug?

I had a quick look on the box & their site and can't see where it says anything about the PSU's power rail config.

I don't see why it would hurt to run it on that single cable as long as the power supply is putting out the recommended watts cause the power supply will deliver the wattage to that single cable and should be rated to handle the wattage
